Multi Prop was founded by father-and-son team Michael and Taylor Dow, combining decades of hands-on property development, investment, sales, and asset management experience.
Michael Dow has personally built, developed, and invested in hundreds of properties throughout his career, with extensive expertise across residential, townhouse, apartment, and multi-residential developments. His practical knowledge spans every stage of the property lifecycle, from acquisition and planning through to construction and delivery.
Taylor Dow is the Managing Director of DOW Real Estate, overseeing residential sales, project marketing, and asset management. As an active property investor himself, Taylor brings a deep understanding of both the investor and owner perspective, with experience across property acquisition, portfolio growth, leasing, and wealth creation through real estate.
Together, Michael and Taylor provide clients with a unique combination of real-world development expertise, investment knowledge, and market insight, helping Australians build long-term wealth through property.
